Information: Consumers are educated on how your organization uses data.
Data Use: For each data use, consumers learn about the services they receive using the data they provided.
Categories: Each category of data is shown to the consumer, along with a description. If field-level data is available, then the consumer can drill down to the specific data you have on file.
Data Fields: By providing specific data fields, a consumer can request the deletion of a single element of data, rather than their entire record.
Administrative Dashboard: Your team’s experience
Truyo provides a back-end management system that enables you to efficiently deliver on Individual Rights Management. Requests, and the many associated tasks, can be easily managed. But, it’s Truyo’s powerful automation capabilities that add up to major savings. Here you can see a sample task management dashboard that gives visibility into the status of requests across the organization.
Requests: Each consumer request is tracked within our workflow engine. Both the direct task owner and leadership can see the details of each request.
Date Range: Requests may be due in different timeframes, based on various regulations. Our workflow ensures the correct dates are always assigned in line with the regulation for the specific consumer.
Sources: Requests can come in from a variety of sources, including our consumer portal, via email, or from your call center.
Tasks: Our system knows which data sources contain personally identifiable information (PII). When a request comes in from a consumer, tasks are generated only for the sources that contain the specific fields the consumer is concerned about.
